Miswak

Miswak is a traditional tooth-cleaning stick made from branches of the Arak tree (Salvadora persica). It has been used for centuries for natural oral care and can be used without toothpaste or water.

How to use

1. Remove 1–2 cm of bark from one end.
2. Gently chew the exposed end until fine brush-like fibres form.
3. Clean the teeth with short, gentle strokes without pressing hard on the gums.
4. Rinse after use and store clean and dry.
5. Trim used fibres regularly and prepare the end again.

Storage and care

Store in a cool, dry and hygienic place. Replace it if the smell or appearance changes or it becomes very dry. Colour, shape, thickness and taste may vary because this is a natural product.
