We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Muslimu. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it.

Return requirements:

• Items must be in their original condition and undamaged.
• For hygiene reasons, hygiene products cannot be returned.

How to return an item:

1. Register your return: Contact our customer service team at support@muslimu.de and let us know about your return.

2. Send the item back: Send the goods to the address from which you received the package.

3. Return shipping costs:

a. If you choose a store-credit refund:

We will cover the return shipping costs.

b. If you choose a refund to the original payment method:

The customer pays the return shipping cost of €4.90.

(If the error was ours, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.)

4. Refund: After we receive and inspect the goods, you will receive your refund within 7–10 business days—either as store credit or to your original payment method.

Exchanges: An exchange may be possible in some cases. Simply ask our support team, for example if you ordered the wrong size. However, an exchange cannot be guaranteed.
