We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Muslimu. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.
Conditions for a return:
- The items must be in their original condition and undamaged.
- Hygiene items are excluded from returns for hygienic reasons.
Here's how the return process works:
1. Register your return: Contact our customer service at support@muslimu.de and let us know about your return.
2. Returning the item: Send the goods to the address from which you received the package.
3. Return shipping costs:
a. In case of reimbursement via voucher:
We'll cover the return shipping costs for you.
b. In case of a refund to the original payment method:
The customer bears the return shipping costs of €4.90.
(If the error is on our side, we will of course cover the return shipping costs)
4. Refund: After receiving and inspecting the goods, you will receive your refund within 7-10 business days – either as a voucher or to your original payment method.
Exchanges: In some cases, exchanges are possible. Simply ask support if, for example, the wrong size was ordered; however, there is no guarantee.
